What is 'WaterReport'?

'WaterReport' is a service, provided by Hrdlicka spol. s r.o. company and People In Need (NGO), that allows reporting on events of particular water points. The service is provided as a web application that manages reports. The web application only manages reports sent in SMS from registered mobile phone numbers. The users are administrators of particular water points.

What problems can be reported?

Common problems - Pump problems, Generator problems, Electricity problems, Reservoir problems, Water point and cattle trough problems, Pipe and fittings problems Common reports: Water Consumption, Money received - current tariff, Money received during reporting period, Money spent for administration, Money spent for operation (fuel, electricity etc.), Money spent for maintenance, Money deposited in Bank.

How do I report a problem?

A person has to be a registered user, which means that he/she has to have a registered number in order for a problem to be received. Problems are reported in a structured SMS.

Why the changes referred in ReleaseNotes do not show on my computer?

It is recommended to clear the cache of your web browser. Read the instructions for your Web browser: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Opera, Safari, Internet Explorer. If the problem persists, please contact the 'Customer Centre' of service provider.
